Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Generalist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling
  • Assist with benefits programs and HR policy compliance
  • Collaborate on HR projects, initiatives, and compliance reporting

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with 3 years in a Generalist role
  • Knowledge of national and local HR laws, international experience preferred
  • Experience in employee relations, HR policy implementation, benefits, and payroll
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and HRIS systems
