Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HR Generalist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling
- Assist with benefits programs and HR policy compliance
- Collaborate on HR projects, initiatives, and compliance reporting
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with 3 years in a Generalist role
- Knowledge of national and local HR laws, international experience preferred
- Experience in employee relations, HR policy implementation, benefits, and payroll
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and HRIS systems
