Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist Senior Analyst responsible for providing HR support across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of HR programs and policies
• Analyze HR programs and business challenges to identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate activities in various HR functions, including employment, labor relations, and benefits

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in EMEA countries
• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on Human Resources preferred
• Proficient in Excel and knowledgeable about HR terms and best practices
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
