Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and enhance onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and leave processes
• Serve as a resource for managers and employees on performance, conflict resolution, and engagement
• Ensure HR practices comply with employment laws and federal contract standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a high-growth environment
• Strong working knowledge of employment law and multi-state HR compliance
• Experience in driving performance management cycles and supporting manager development
• Familiarity with modern HR platforms such as Justworks and Ashby
• U.S. citizenship required due to government contract obligations
