Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Human Resources Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR functional duties within the employee life cycle, including engagement, performance management, and compliance
- Research, develop, and recommend training initiatives for employees, ensuring alignment with company standards
- Oversee benefits administration and policy management, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, preferably in a corporate environment
- Minimum of 3 years overseeing employee training programs
- SHRM PHR or SPHR certification required
- Experience in employee relations and performance investigations
