Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Human Resources Generalist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead HR functional duties within the employee life cycle, including engagement, performance management, and compliance
  • Research, develop, and recommend training initiatives for employees, ensuring alignment with company standards
  • Oversee benefits administration and policy management, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Minimum of 3 years overseeing employee training programs
  • SHRM PHR or SPHR certification required
  • Experience in employee relations and performance investigations
