Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HR Generalist, Benefit and Leave Management Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage employee benefit programs and leave management processes
- Coordinate annual benefits open enrollment and maintain accurate records of employee benefits and leave
- Serve as the primary point of contact for benefit and leave-related inquiries, ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Five years of experience in benefits administration and leave management
- Strong understanding of US benefit programs and related regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
