Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Generalist, Benefit and Leave Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage employee benefit programs and leave management processes
  • Coordinate annual benefits open enrollment and maintain accurate records of employee benefits and leave
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for benefit and leave-related inquiries, ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Five years of experience in benefits administration and leave management
  • Strong understanding of US benefit programs and related regulations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
