Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Support leaders with performance management guidance and employee relations in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate and administer performance management processes, including training support and documentation
- Analyze people and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a SaaS or Edtech company
- Experience supporting leaders with performance conversations and employee relations
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and HR systems
