Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. HR Generalist to support business leaders in HR functions and partner experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for business unit leaders regarding partner experience and performance management
- Support talent selection, onboarding, and development of new leaders to enhance partner experience
- Collaborate with HRBP team to identify training opportunities and assist in the Talent Review process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of HR, partner development, or leadership coaching experience, preferably in retail
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Advanced knowledge of HR laws and practices
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or other professional certification is a plus
