Senior HR Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist who excels in talent acquisition strategy and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to support recruiting strategies and workforce planning
• Serve as a primary resource for employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management
• Ensure HR policies are applied consistently and in compliance with employment laws

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in employee relations and talent acquisition
• Experience advising on performance management and workplace conflict
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
• Experience with HRIS or Human Capital Management systems
