Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. HR Generalist to support business unit leaders in HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for business unit leaders regarding partner experience and performance management
Support talent selection, onboarding, and development of new leaders to enhance partner experience
Collaborate with leaders to implement performance management processes and address partner concerns

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
5+ years of HR, partner development, or leadership coaching experience, preferably in retail
High degree of discretion and confidentiality
Advanced knowledge of HR laws and practices
PHR, SHRM-CP, or other professional certification is a plus
