Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. HR Generalist to support business unit leaders in HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for business unit leaders regarding partner experience and performance management
  • Support talent selection, onboarding, and development of new leaders to enhance partner experience
  • Collaborate with leaders to implement performance management processes and address partner concerns
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of HR, partner development, or leadership coaching experience, preferably in retail
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Advanced knowledge of HR laws and practices
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or other professional certification is a plus
