Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Generalist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and provide guidance to HR Generalists and Coordinators
  • Administer HR functions across the employee life cycle, including onboarding and benefits administration
  • Act as the primary escalation point for nonroutine HR issues and inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • A minimum of five years of human resources-related experience, with at least two years in a senior or team lead capacity preferred
  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise in core HR functions, including benefits and leave administration
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
