Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HR Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and provide guidance to HR Generalists and Coordinators
- Administer HR functions across the employee life cycle, including onboarding and benefits administration
- Act as the primary escalation point for nonroutine HR issues and inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- A minimum of five years of human resources-related experience, with at least two years in a senior or team lead capacity preferred
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise in core HR functions, including benefits and leave administration
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
