Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Generalist (Operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR operational processes for full-time employees and 1099-NEC contractors, ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy
• Build and optimize HR workflows and trackers, facilitating effective collaboration with Finance and Legal
• Act as the primary HR contact for US-based employees, managing HR communication and analytics

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience with HR systems and internal trackers
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration
