Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Generalist responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle in a hybrid remote role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR-related decisions and present HR metrics
  • Drive culture strategy, administer engagement surveys, and execute employee recognition programs
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting, develop onboarding experiences, and manage HR policies and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business/Management, Psychology, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with ownership across multiple HR functions
  • Proven ability to advise and influence executive and senior leadership
  • Strong HR analytics skills and experience with HRIS platforms
  • Working knowledge of employment laws such as FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and ADEA
