Job Summary
Assisting the senior team with client engagements and internal HR matters, the full-time remote Senior HR Generalist will manage payrolls, coordinate new hire onboarding, and support employment terminations while ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Manage US & International payrolls, including processing payrolls and reviewing invoices for accuracy
- Coordinate new hire onboarding processes and assist with employment terminations
- Draft and update employee handbooks and manage Workers' Comp and EPLI policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably with startups
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, HRIS/payroll systems, and PEO models
- Working understanding of human resource principles and practices
- SHRM-CP credential preferred
