Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Senior HR Generalist will manage employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, and compliance operations in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for employee support, managing HRIS records and facilitating improvements in people lifecycle processes
- Administer benefits programs and manage leaves of absence, ensuring compliance and effective communication with employees and vendors
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and develop HR policies, partnering with leadership and legal counsel on employment matters
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on generalist and operations responsibilities
- Experience supporting global HR functions, preferably in the U.S., UK, and Canada
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS and EOR systems, with a preference for Rippling and Remote
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder influence
