Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing tech organization, the full-time Senior HR Generalist will manage people programs, employee relations, and talent enablement initiatives, ensuring new hires achieve productivity quickly and that managers receive comprehensive support across various HR matters.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the coordination of people and culture initiatives, including OKR rollout and performance management cycles
  • Serve as a liaison for talent enablement, developing tailored onboarding solutions and tracking new hire metrics
  • Guide managers through employee relations challenges, including performance improvement plans and exit interviews
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience, including employee relations and project management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive workstreams
  • Solid knowledge of FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and FLSA regulations
  • Experience with performance management platforms such as Lattice or similar
