Job Summary
Providing hands-on HR support, the full-time Senior HR Generalist will independently manage HR program execution, advise managers on employee relations, and analyze workforce insights while working remotely in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Independently manage execution of assigned HR programs, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Provide ongoing HR guidance to managers on performance management and employee relations
- Analyze people data and trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience
- Demonstrated experience advising managers and handling employee relations matters
- Strong working knowledge of HR policies, employment practices, and compliance fundamentals
- Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
