Job Summary

Joining a remote and dynamic team, the full-time Senior HR Generalist will manage HR operations, benefits administration, and compliance while supporting recruiting efforts as needed.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a resource for employees and managers on HR inquiries and processes
  • Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Compile and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making and process improvements
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of HR generalist experience across HR operations, benefits, and compliance
  • Working knowledge of North American labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with detailed data entry and auditing, particularly in pay equity reporting
  • Ability to navigate both strategic and tactical HR tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in HR processes
