Job Summary
Joining a remote and dynamic team, the full-time Senior HR Generalist will manage HR operations, benefits administration, and compliance while supporting recruiting efforts as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a resource for employees and managers on HR inquiries and processes
- Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Compile and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making and process improvements
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of HR generalist experience across HR operations, benefits, and compliance
- Working knowledge of North American labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience with detailed data entry and auditing, particularly in pay equity reporting
- Ability to navigate both strategic and tactical HR tasks effectively
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in HR processes
