Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior HR Generalist to work remotely, who will manage HR operations, benefits administration, and compliance while supporting recruiting efforts as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a primary resource for employees and managers on HR-related inquiries and processes
- Assist in the administration of benefits programs and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Compile and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making and improve workflows
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of HR generalist experience, including HR operations, benefits, and compliance
- Working knowledge of North American labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience with detailed data entry and auditing, particularly in pay equity and transparency
- Ability to navigate both strategic and tactical HR functions effectively
- Openness to utilizing AI tools to enhance HR processes
