Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. HR Generalist Consultant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with HR SMEs to design and implement scalable HR processes for clients
• Provide comprehensive HR Generalist support, improving processes and policies
• Manage multiple client programs, ensuring compliance and quality in deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
• Minimum of 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in government contracting
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of federal contractor reporting requirements
• Proactive, consultative approach with exceptional organizational skills
