Job Summary
Providing employee relations consultation and guidance, the full-time Senior HR Generalist - Employee Relations will manage complex employee issues, support leadership in performance management, and ensure compliance with employment laws in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations for business units
- Coach and guide leadership on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions
- Ensure legal compliance and provide policy interpretation while partnering with the Enterprise Risk Office on sensitive investigations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required
- SPHR or PHR certification preferred
- Seven (7) years of experience in employee relations or related human resources experience
- Solid knowledge of employment law, including federal and state leave laws and ADA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems
