Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HR Helpdesk Coordinator to perform HR activities and ensure customer satisfaction in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR work activities and maintain organizational structure in ERP systems
- Oversee ticket management in Remedy and ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution
- Ensure accurate employee data across systems and provide regular reporting to Finance
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 4 years of experience in HR or related occupations
- Experience with SAP Organizational Management and Personal Administration Modules
- Knowledge of SAP configuration and business process analysis
- Experience in supporting automated HRIS systems and completing SAP implementations in HR
