Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Helpdesk Coordinator to perform HR activities and ensure customer satisfaction in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HR work activities and maintain organizational structure in ERP systems
  • Oversee ticket management in Remedy and ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution
  • Ensure accurate employee data across systems and provide regular reporting to Finance
Required Qualifications
  • U.S. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 4 years of experience in HR or related occupations
  • Experience with SAP Organizational Management and Personal Administration Modules
  • Knowledge of SAP configuration and business process analysis
  • Experience in supporting automated HRIS systems and completing SAP implementations in HR
