Senior HR Integrations Engineer

Job Summary

To support complex Workday integrations, the remote contract Senior HR Integrations Engineer will design, build, and troubleshoot API-driven integrations between Workday and enterprise platforms while leveraging deep technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement API-driven integrations between Workday and various enterprise systems
• Utilize orchestration tools like Microsoft Power Automate for execution layers
• Troubleshoot API failures and optimize integration workflows to ensure seamless data flow

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR integrations, specifically with Workday SOAP and REST APIs
• Strong understanding of Workday data models and object relationships
• Experience with Workday Business Process-controlled API behavior and XML structure
• Ability to inspect and modify raw API requests or responses
• Proven capability to manage complex integrations involving multiple systems and data flows
