Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Manager, Global Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee onboarding, off-boarding, payroll coordination, and compliance for global Support team members
  • Manage performance cycles and translate People programs into operational processes for globally dispersed teams
  • Serve as the point of contact for EOR partners and assist with headcount forecasting and international staffing needs
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of HR experience, particularly with globally dispersed teams in Asia and preferably South/Central America
  • Experience in high-growth or high-volume operational environments
  • Familiarity with multiple employment models, including EORs
  • Strong HR operations toolkit focused on process, documentation, and systems
  • Ability to work independently and support teams through organizational growth and change
