Senior HR Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Manager to serve as the HR architect, diagnosing organizational needs and implementing scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose organizational HR needs and develop tailored solutions
• Manage external HR partners and ensure alignment with company values
• Lead culture enablement and design values-based onboarding processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• At least three years of experience in an HR Manager role; seven years of total HR experience
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR certification highly preferred
• Experience in designing HR solutions and leading onboarding processes
• Experience managing outsourced HR providers
