A company is looking for a Senior HR Manager, Global Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, off-boarding, payroll coordination, and compliance for global Support team members
• Run performance cycles and translate People programs into operational processes for globally dispersed teams
• Manage recruiting operations for Support roles, ensuring efficient interview processes and a high-quality candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of HR experience, particularly with globally dispersed teams
• Experience in high-growth or high-volume operational environments
• Familiarity with multiple employment models, including EORs
• Strong HR operations toolkit focused on process, documentation, and systems
• Ability to work independently and support teams through organizational growth
