Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Human Resources to oversee day-to-day HR operations and support the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage labor relations, performance management, and interpersonal dynamics
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and exit interviews
  • Administer benefits, leave planning, and support teammate growth programs


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as a Generalist or HRBP
  • Experience with HRIS and talent software platforms such as Justworks or Greenhouse
  • Ability to create systems to address gaps in HR capacity
  • High emotional intelligence for handling sensitive labor relations issues
