Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage labor relations, performance management, and interpersonal dynamics
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and exit interviews
- Administer benefits, leave planning, and support teammate growth programs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as a Generalist or HRBP
- Experience with HRIS and talent software platforms such as Justworks or Greenhouse
- Ability to create systems to address gaps in HR capacity
- High emotional intelligence for handling sensitive labor relations issues
