Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. People Experience Manager, Venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners to support venue operations
• Partner strategically with venue leadership to enhance talent management and performance
• Champion team member experience and ensure a positive venue culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced organization
• 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting field operations
• 5+ years of people leadership experience with direct reports
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance in multi-state environments
