Job Summary

As a full-time Senior HR Manager, the successful candidate will serve as a strategic advisor to HR leaders, focusing on talent development, change management, and organizational efficiency while working in a hybrid environment three days a week from the World Headquarters.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals, providing guidance on workforce planning and employee relations
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes and actively participate in talent management and retention strategies
  • Drive performance management processes and lead cultural initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience in Employee Relations, Staffing, Talent Management, Change Management, and Performance Management
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence strategic priorities and develop partnerships
  • Experience in assessing, designing, and recommending organizational changes
  • Future-focused mindset with an understanding of market trends and opportunities
  • Proven experience in change strategy and transformation initiatives
