Senior HR Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the remote Senior HR Manager will serve as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving people strategies that enhance business performance, employee engagement, and organizational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional HR initiatives and provide mentorship to managers, fostering leadership capability across the organization
• Develop and implement people strategies aligned with organizational objectives, focusing on talent management, workforce planning, and change management
• Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in resolving complex employee relations issues
• Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices and performance management
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage people analytics for strategic decision-making
• Spanish proficiency preferred but not required
