Job Summary

Experienced HR professionals will find a remote full-time opportunity as a Senior HR Manager, responsible for managing talent acquisition, HR operations, and compliance while driving effective people strategies and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting and execute a structured onboarding process for new hires
• Oversee multi-state payroll operations, benefits administration, and maintain HRIS data integrity
• Update internal HR policies and support compliance with employment regulations while managing offboarding logistics

Required qualifications

• 6-8 years of hands-on HR or People Operations experience, preferably in a remote tech startup or SaaS environment
• Proven ability to operate autonomously and manage HR processes end-to-end
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Legal, and IT teams
• Familiarity with multi-state labor compliance and modern HR tech stacks
• Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills for handling sensitive employee relations issues
