Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Administrator, HR Operations (S3).

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze HRIS systems and develop effective relationships across departments
  • Support internal and external HR assistance requests and manage the HR Help Desk
  • Generate accurate employee data reports and assist with HR content updates
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in an HRIS system, preferably UKG Pro
  • Ability to analyze workflows and implement process improvements
  • Professional proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism around sensitive information
