Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and influence People Managers and Senior Leaders across the operations organization
- Build relationships, deliver impact to client groups, and solve critical business problems and complex challenges
- Execute the business-aligned people strategy, foster the future of work, and develop programs to engage, retain, and develop employees
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of direct and relevant HR experience in a People Partner or HRBP role
- Experience in change management, internal communication strategies, and working in ever-changing environments
- Strong business acumen, data analysis skills, and ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Deep understanding and empathy for a diverse global workforce and ability to advocate for others
- Comfort with working across multiple time zones and collaborating with various stakeholders
