Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner, Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise and influence People Managers and Senior Leaders across the operations organization
  • Build relationships, deliver impact to client groups, and solve critical business problems and complex challenges
  • Execute the business-aligned people strategy, foster the future of work, and develop programs to engage, retain, and develop employees
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of direct and relevant HR experience in a People Partner or HRBP role
  • Experience in change management, internal communication strategies, and working in ever-changing environments
  • Strong business acumen, data analysis skills, and ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
  • Deep understanding and empathy for a diverse global workforce and ability to advocate for others
  • Comfort with working across multiple time zones and collaborating with various stakeholders
