Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR shared services strategies and initiatives
• Oversee the design and maintenance of HR systems and technologies supporting shared services
• Lead the design and implementation of employee experience programs to enhance engagement and retention

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration
• Minimum of 12 years of progressively responsible work experience
• Experience managing a shared services center within a global organization
