Senior HR Operations Director

Job Summary

To support a rapidly scaling organization, the full-time salaried Senior HR Operations Director will manage the HR operations infrastructure, including HRIS, payroll, benefits, compliance, and audits, while fostering cross-functional partnerships and driving operational excellence in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures for HR operations processes, ensuring scalability and compliance
• Oversee the optimization of the UKG Ready HRIS, ensuring data integrity and integration with payroll and benefits systems
• Lead the HR Operations team, developing a culture of accuracy and urgency while managing payroll, benefits, and compliance audits

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR Operations experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role at a scaling technology company
• Deep expertise in HRIS, with strong preference for experience with UKG Ready
• Proven ownership of payroll, multi-state compliance, and benefits administration, including international programs
• Direct experience managing immigration programs and external audits
• Exceptional cross-functional partnership skills with Finance, Legal, and IT teams
