Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and implement a global contractor program, ensuring compliance and streamlined processes
  • Act as the senior escalation point for US payroll and compliance matters, overseeing payroll governance and controls
  • Ensure compliance and audit readiness of employee files and maintain relevant HR policies and documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of HR operations, payroll, or HR compliance experience, including multi-state US payroll
  • Experience overseeing payroll vendors and/or PEOs, with a focus on controls and audit support
  • Strong knowledge of US payroll practices and regulations
  • Familiarity with equity compensation in payroll
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and IT
