Senior HR Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Operations Manager to lead and scale global HR programs that enhance employee experiences and operational foundations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution of HR Operations components of Talent Programs for high-quality service delivery
• Design and optimize HR processes to improve employee experience and streamline workflows
• Partner with HRIS and IT to implement and optimize HR systems and tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations or related roles
• Experience in supporting global HR programs in complex environments
• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2, SOX)
• Experience with HRIS platforms and AI/automation solutions preferred
