Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Operations Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, and offboarding
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate HR records
  • Act as a trusted resource for employees and HR team, providing operational support and guidance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or 3-5 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment regulations and HR compliance requirements in the Americas
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is preferred
