Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute core People Operations processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management
  • Maintain, audit, and optimize People Systems, ensuring data integrity and scalability
  • Develop and communicate People policies that balance compliance and employee experience
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of People Operations or HR Operations experience
  • Strong experience with People Systems and reporting, preferably Workday
  • Employee-first mindset with strong operational rigor
