Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute core People Operations processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management
- Maintain, audit, and optimize People Systems, ensuring data integrity and scalability
- Develop and communicate People policies that balance compliance and employee experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of People Operations or HR Operations experience
- Strong experience with People Systems and reporting, preferably Workday
- Employee-first mindset with strong operational rigor
