Job Summary

Supporting global HR Operations, the full-time Senior HR Operations Specialist will enhance employee lifecycle processes, improve operational consistency, and collaborate across regions to drive effective HR service delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Support HR Operations processes including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance activities while ensuring a high-quality employee experience
  • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, driving improvements and standardization across HR Operations workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity, support audits, and ensure compliance with operational controls
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle operations and HR process administration
  • Experience in a global environment with cross-regional collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build alignment without direct authority
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as Dayforce is preferred
