Job Summary
Supporting global HR operations, the full-time Senior HR Operations Specialist will manage employee lifecycle processes, enhance operational consistency, and collaborate across regions to improve service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Support HR operations processes including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and compliance activities
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements for scalable and sustainable operational practices
- Partner with HRIS, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure data integrity and compliance in system workflows
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations or related HR roles
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle operations and HR process administration
- Experience in a global environment with cross-regional collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build alignment without direct authority
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Dayforce is preferred
