Job Summary

Empowering leaders and supporting employees, the full-time remote Senior HR People Partner will manage HR operations for a specific region, advising on employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning while fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Enable People Leaders to solve problems and promote a safety-first culture through coaching and support
• Foster a positive employee experience by embedding company values in local HR initiatives and representing employee insights
• Act as the local HR expert, managing employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with local regulations and policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Human Resources function, including recruiting, training, and employee development
• Expert knowledge of local labor laws and demonstrated experience in applying HR policies
• Strong interest in innovative HR solutions and process improvement
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills
