Job Summary
Empowering leaders and supporting employees, the full-time remote Senior HR People Partner will manage HR operations for a specific region, advising on employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning while fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities
- Enable People Leaders to solve problems and promote a safety-first culture through coaching and support
- Foster a positive employee experience by embedding company values in local HR initiatives and representing employee insights
- Act as the local HR expert, managing employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with local regulations and policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Human Resources function, including recruiting, training, and employee development
- Expert knowledge of local labor laws and demonstrated experience in applying HR policies
- Strong interest in innovative HR solutions and process improvement
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills
