Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Professional to join their Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and administer human resources programs and policies
• Provide consultative guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR-related matters
• Support the evolution of HR processes and improve employee experiences through data-informed decisions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Progressive HR experience with significant exposure to employee relations and performance management
• Six plus years of experience in an HR role preferred
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
