Job Summary

Senior HR Program Manager will lead and manage HR program projects in a full-time remote capacity, collaborating with various partners to enhance the employee experience and drive program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including documentation, schedules, and status reporting
  • Navigate projects to successful completion by influencing partners and overcoming obstacles
  • Facilitate meetings and collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive program success
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cross-functional project management within a large matrixed organization
  • Strong project management, budgeting, and organizational change skills
  • Experience with Workday and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to move large-scale projects forward while effectively balancing business and individual needs
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to handle confidential issues
