Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Program Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support HR projects, operational improvements, and communications related to HR M&A and internal reorganizations
• Deliver business value through strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Provide direct support to client groups in an HR operational or expertise role

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4 years or more of progressive professional work experience
• 2 years of HR experience in an operational, support, or center of expertise role
• Experience with acquisition work or managing multiple complex projects
• PHR certification or recognized equivalent preferred upon hire
