Job Summary

Leading the operational excellence and employee experience of key benefits programs, the fully remote Senior HR Program Manager will manage the Open Enrollment and Childcare Discount Program, driving execution and continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of the annual Open Enrollment program, including post-enrollment analysis
  • Manage complex benefits projects, coordinating timelines and deliverables across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Enhance employee benefits experience through effective communication, change management, and operational risk mitigation
Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in HR program management
  • Experience managing cross-functional workstreams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with HR systems and vendors
  • Ability to use data for insights and diagnose complex issues
