Job Summary

Leading the strategy and evolution of digital experiences, the full-time Senior HR Program Manager will oversee caregiver-facing tools and knowledge management practices in a remote setting, ensuring clear and accessible information for caregivers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and continuous improvement of digital experiences and knowledge management practices
• Develop and manage content for employee portals and self-service tools, ensuring user-friendly access to HR information
• Utilize data and user feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing caregiver experiences and implement improvements

Required qualifications

• 5 years of proven experience creating content across multiple digital platforms
• Experience translating complex information into clear, user-friendly content
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS for configuring and optimizing content in digital platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for continuous improvement
• Experience in project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams
