Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Development and HR Program Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and coordinate required training assignments
  • Develop and coordinate manager training, employee development programs, and internal HR communications
  • Maintain records related to training completion and support the implementation of new HR programs and initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or HR Programs
  • Experience with training programs, LMS administration, or employee development initiatives
  • Experience coordinating programs across multiple departments
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to create training materials and program documentation
