Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Talent Development and HR Program Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and coordinate required training assignments
- Develop and coordinate manager training, employee development programs, and internal HR communications
- Maintain records related to training completion and support the implementation of new HR programs and initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or HR Programs
- Experience with training programs, LMS administration, or employee development initiatives
- Experience coordinating programs across multiple departments
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to create training materials and program documentation
