Senior HR Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Project Manager to lead key HR initiatives remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for multiple projects
• Lead the implementation of cross-functional HR projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage project risks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, HR, IT, or related field (5 additional years of experience may substitute for a degree)
• PMP Certification is preferred
• 5 years of experience as a project manager is required
• 1-2 years of experience managing HR & HR Technology projects is required
• Experience with ERP and/or HR systems implementation is desirable
