Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Plans, manages, and monitors projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring stakeholder requirements and project objectives are met
• Drives issues to resolution, escalating unresolved issues to leadership and providing options for critical decisions
• Establishes project management processes and methodologies to ensure high-quality project delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• 5+ years of HR Technology and/or related HR Systems experience, including Workday technology implementation
• HR operational experience in areas such as benefits, recruiting, and compensation preferred
• Ability to work remotely on eastern time
