Senior HR Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading key HR initiatives in a remote environment, the full-time Senior HR Project Manager will manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder collaboration across various departments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, adjusting for shifting priorities and resource allocation
• Lead the implementation of cross-functional HR projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns, while maintaining comprehensive project documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, HR, IT, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a project manager
• 1 year of experience managing and leading HR & HR Technology projects
• 5 additional years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Knowledge of project management software such as Smartsheet, MS Visio, and MS Teams preferred
